Bowles <br /> <br />RE: Hayden Gravel Pit - File No. M-1987-164, Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies <br /> Acreage Release Request (AR-2) <br /> Request for Acreage Reduction <br /> <br />Please be advised that on October 14, 2025, Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies, whose <br />address and telephone number are 2273 River Road, Grand Junction, CO 81505; (970) 243-4900, filed an <br />application for a/an Acreage Release Request (AR- 2) to M1987164, Hayden Gravel Pit, which is located <br />approximately 0 miles of Hayden, Section 11, Township 6N, Range 88W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Routt <br />County. <br /> <br />Oldcastle SW Group, Inc.(operator) is requesting to release 44.7 acres of the western portion of the Hayden <br />Gravel Pit permit area. A map showing the requested release area was included in the release request <br />application. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Brock F. Bowles at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 774-0040. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
