September 19, 2025
CO DRMS
Department of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
Rio Blanco County
Moffat County
RE: Coyote Basin Project- File No. P-2025-011
Request to Amend 2025 Exploration Drill Hole Locations
To Whom It May Concern,
Please accept this correspondence as a request to amend the Sept 18, 2025 approved
Notice of Intent to Conduct Mineral Prospecting in Moffat and Rio Blanco counties on BLM
public land.
Shift Exploration Inc. (Shift) respectfully requests approval to abandon the northern drill
hole grouping and modify the southernmost grouping to include eight addition drill
locations. Figure 2 is the approved 2025 Exploration Program. Figure 3 is the Proposed
Amendment with the new drill holes in the southern drill hole grouping. No changes are
requested regarding approved exploration and reclamation operations. Total disturbed
acres will decrease 0.05 acres, from 1.35 acres to 1.30 acres (Tables 1 and 2).The
approved Notice is provided herein for your convenience.
Shift exploration is requesting this amendment for the following reasons:
• Moving the eight drillhotes originally in the north to the south area is preferred to
better execute exploration of historical resource.
• To avoid extra travel from Rangely to north during winter season. There is a
particular section on the north entrance that curves around a steep embankment. It
would be ideal to avoid during the winter season.
Please note that if this amendment cannot be approved before drilling is completed in the
sections access through the south entrance(see original submission), then drilling wilt
continue as planned in the north end of the property.
Please contact Nancy Normore at 306-270-6751 or nnormore@homeland-uranium.com
for any questions or concerns.
Nancy Normore
VP, Exploration
Homeland Uranium Corp.
