Consideration of Possible Financial Warranty Forfeiture.

To whom it may concern,
On September 30, 2025, CO Bank notified the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (the
"Division") that Letter of Credit No. will expire on January 11, 2026. Therefore, the
Division believes Hunt Farms (the "Operator") is in violation of C.R.S. § 34-32.5-117(6)(a),
Rule 4.1(7), and Permit No. M-2021-030 for failure to maintain the financial warranty in good
standing for the entire life of the permit.
Therefore, the Division has reason to believe that a violation exists to the Colorado Land
Reclamation Act for Extraction of Construction Materials, C.R.S. § 34-32.5-101 et sue., and
have scheduled this matter to appear before the Mined Land Reclamation Board ("MLRB" or
"Board").
First, a Formal Public Hearing will be held during the November 12-13, 2025,Board Meeting
for consideration of this possible violation. The hearing will be held at 1313 Sherman Street,
Room 318, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on November 12th or as soon thereafter as
the matter can be considered.
In order to be considered at the hearing, all exhibits, materials and witness testimony you wish
for the Board to consider must be submitted via email to the MLRB Administrator, Camille
Mojar at: dnr drms [e-mail], no later than 5:00 PM, October 31, 2025.
