This decision will be published in the Colorado Mountain News Media - <br />Steamboat Pilot as soon as possible. The first day following publication of the notice initiates a thirty (30) <br />day public comment period. If, within thirty days, there are no requests for an adjudicatory hearing, the <br />decision will become final. <br /> <br />The Division holds a Corporate Surety bond issued by your company (Bond No. * , for this operation <br />in the amount of ($3,473,998.68). The proposed release amount is ($316,698.60). <br /> <br />Please be aware that this notification is not a request to initiate any action by Indemnity National Insurance <br />Company concerning Bond No. *4833, and is for your information only.
