Dear Ms.Carter,
Please accept this request for Modification-5 to P-2013-002 in Section 17, Township 19 South,
Range 71 West,Fremont County,Colorado. Zephyr is proposing trench exploration in the 4th quarter
of 2025.
The gold exploration industry has become highly competitive and it is now not uncommon for
competitors to file nuisance competitive claims. Zephyr respectfully requests that location
information for this modification be considered confidential. To that end,Zephyr is submitting both
Form 1 (Confidential File) and Form 2 (Public File). Form 1 is completed in its entirety. In Form 2,
reference to the project location is redacted with the notation"CONFIDENTIAL". Maps are provided
for the confidential file and not intended for the public file.
Zephyr is proposing a one-day trench exploration program on the Judith Patented Placer Claim in
the dry, gravel drainage below Windy Gulch. Recently drilled monitoring wells in the vicinity have
been completed as dry monitoring holes.
DRMS currently holds a bond of$73,439.00 for up to 7.8 acres and two exploration holes. Item 5 of
the 2025 Annual Report states 4.7 acres are currently disturbed, leaving 3.1 acres as bonded for
future exploration. The proposed trenching will have a maximum disturbance of 0.02 acres.
