Watson <br /> Acreage Release Request (AR-1) <br /> Partial release of permitted area <br /> <br />Please be advised that on September 29, 2025, Diana K. Watson, whose address and telephone number are <br />P.O. Box 1056, Meeker, CO 81641; (970) 629-0583, filed an application for a/an Acreage Release Request <br />(AR- 1) to M1981275, Stout - Amick Pit, which is located approximately 5 miles Northeast of Meeker, <br />Section 31, Township 1N, Range 93W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Rio Blanco County. <br /> <br />The original permit boundaries were established in 1981. They included an area in a hay field. We would <br />like to remove the irrigated meadows from the permit area <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Amy C. Yeldell at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (970) 210-1272. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
