Zuber, P.E. <br /> <br />RE: Home Office Mine - File No. M-1977-439, Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. <br /> Acreage Release Request (AR -5) <br /> Acreage Release Request for 88.48 Acres Encompassing Two Water Storage Facilities <br /> <br />Please be advised that on September 24, 2025, Martin Marietta Materials, Inc., whose address and telephone <br />number are 1800 N. Taft Hill Road, Fort Collins, CO 80521; (970) 227-4041, filed an application for a/an <br />Acreage Release Request (AR - 5) to M1977439, Home Office Mine, which is located approximately 1 <br />miles North of Fr. Collins, CO, Section 33, Township 8N, Range 69W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Larimer <br />County. <br /> <br />This is a request for the release of 88.48 Acres at the northeast portion of the site. It includes lined water <br />storage facilities G-I and G-II. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Robert D. Zuber, P.E. at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 601-2276. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
