The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on September 22, 2025. Trapper is applying for <br />Phase III bond release on 303.2 acres of rangeland in Ashmore, East Flintlock, Flintlock and <br />Kimber pits. Specific parcels included are A-B-12, A-B-13, A-B-14, F-A-12, K-A-13, Z-A-12, <br />Z-A-13, Z-A-14 and Z-A-15. The surface ownership is state and private, and the coal mined was <br />federal, state and private. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
