On September 17, 2025, the Division sent notice that the increase rider has been <br /> accepted and that the site is now considered fully bonded. Therefore, the possible violation is <br /> considered abated and the above listed permit is now in compliance with <br /> C.R.S.34-32.5-117(4)(c)(11) and Rule 4.2.1(2). <br /> Therefore, this notice is to inform you that this matter has been withdrawn from the scheduled <br /> October 15, 2025 meeting of the Mined Land Reclamation Board, and you are no longer required <br /> to attend this meeting.
