This decision will become <br />final at the close of the thirty (30) day public comment period, which commences the day following <br />the initial publication in the San Miguel Basin Forum. A copy of the proposed decision and written <br />findings is enclosed. <br /> <br />The Division proposes to approve Elk Ridge Mining and Reclamation’s application for the Phase <br />III Bond Release of 2.9 acres of Irrigated Pasture, IP -10. As provided by Rule 3.03.2(6), should <br />you object to the Division's proposed decision, you may request an adjudicatory hearing. <br /> <br />If you have questions or need of additional information, please contact me. <br />
