<br /> <br />Notice of Proposed Decision <br /> <br /> <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has issued a proposed decision to approve <br />Surety Increase No. 2 (SI-2) for the Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit No. C-1981-019. The mine is <br />operated by Colowyo Coal Company L.P. under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining <br />Reclamation Act of 1979. The Division is increasing the required financial warranty, per the MT- <br />09 review and subsequent discussions between the Division and Colowyo Coal Company.
