REPEAL OR AMENDMENT OF LAW OR GOVERNMENT-DISTRICT CONTRACT <br /> 17. In the event of material amendment or repeal of the Federal Reclamation law or the Colorado Statutes <br /> relative to Water Conservancy Districts or the Government-District contract, the Buyer and District agree to <br /> negotiate amendments of this Contract in accordance therewith. <br /> BOOKS, RECORDS AND REPORTS <br /> 18. Each party shall make available to the other its books, records and reports pertaining to this Contract and <br /> transactions thereunder. <br /> REMEDIES UNDER CONTRACT NOT EXCLUSIVE—WAIVERS <br /> 19. Nothing contained in this Contract shall be construed as in any manner abridging, limiting, or depriving the <br /> District or the Buyer of any means of enforcing any remedy, either at law or in equity, for the breach of any of <br /> the provisions hereof which it would otherwise have. Any waiver at any time by either party to this Contract of <br /> its rights with respect to a default, or any matter arising in connection with this Contract, shall not be deemed to <br /> be a waiver with respect to any subsequent default or matter, <br /> AUTHORIZATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> 20.
