Everist, Incorporated <br /> Amendment (AM-3) to add 202.26 acres to the permit area. <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Shults: <br /> <br />On September 10, 2025, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its <br />review of the Amendment application submitted to the Division on November 22, 2024, <br />addressing the following: <br /> <br />Amendment to add 202.26 acres to the permit area. Post mining land use is developed <br />water resources. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approved awaiting warranty. <br /> <br />The terms of Amendment No. 3 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-1999-120. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1999-120 <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />The revised liability amount exceeds the financial warranty currently held (see below), <br />please submit additional bond or a rider to your existing bond that equals or exceeds the <br />Revised Liability. The revision will not be final until the bond is approved by the Division. <br /> <br />Bond Held: $2,002,400.00 <br />Change in Liability: $2,342,600.00 <br />Revised Liability: $4,345,000.00 <br />Prior Permit Acreage: 606.74 <br />Change in Permit Acreage: 202.26 <br />Revised Permit Acreage: 809.00
