The <br />topsoil piles were covered with vegetation and stable. No indications of erosional features or loss of topsoil <br />resource were observed. Topsoil pile markers were identified for each stockpile. <br />Topsoil Stockpiles 11A and 11B (Photo 14) are located to the south of IC-1. The stockpiles were observed to be <br />stable and covered with vegetation. There were no erosional features or loss of topsoil resource observed. Topsoil <br />pile markers were observed to be posted for both of the piles. <br />Topsoil stockpiles C, D and H are located south of the facilities area. The stockpiles were stable and had <br />vegetative cover. No erosional features or loss of topsoil were observed.
