Hi All, <br />Sorry for just now getting to you guys. With the fire and now flooding the Division will not be conducting an in person <br />inspection for Q3 of M-1983-194. Instead I will do a records check. Travis suggested that I review your last 2 years of <br />EPA UIC Class 3 reports that you submit to the EPA similar to an OSM oversight inspection. Can you please send me <br />via email the last 2 years worth of reports.
