CooadMttt9and
Timnath Connell Pit, Permit No. M-1999-050
Dear Mr. Renfro:
The following Technical Revision discussion and attachments are submitted on behalf of our client,
Connell Resources, Inc., for the Timnath Connell Pit, M-1999-050. The Technical Revision is to
provide updated information regarding the Timnath Connell Pit mining and final reclamation plan.
The Timnath Connell Pit is located within the Town of Timnath, Larimer County, Colorado. The
Timnath Connell Pit was originally permitted for sand gravel mining in 1999 and included
approximately 157.6 acres. In December 2023 approval of AR-1, partial release of the Weitzel Road
right-of-way, decreased the permit area to approximately 151.3 acres.
The recent approval of AR-2 (August 2025) provides a partial release of 29.9 acres and removes the
area northeast of the Weitzel Road right-of-way from the permit boundary. The remaining Timnath
Connell Pit permit area now includes approximately 121.4 acres. The attached Exhibit F, Reclamation
Plan Map, and Exhibit C-5, Pre-Mining/Mining Plan Map, illustrate the permit boundary changes
resulting from AR-2.
If you have any questions regarding the technical revision or the information and exhibits provided,
please call me directly at(970) 227-2803.
Sincerely,
Blue Earth Solutions, LLC
William Schenderlein, P.E.
Project Manager
Attachments
Blue Earth Solutions, LLC • P.O.
