Washington <br />Monte Vista, CO 81144 <br /> <br />RE: South Fork Pit - File No. M-1987-019, <br /> Permit Conversion (CN-1) <br /> Convert to 112c and expand by 34.1 ac to 44.0 ac <br /> <br />Dear Patrick Sullivan: <br /> <br />On September 3, 2025, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 110c Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Permit Conversion application for the South Fork Pit, which is located in Rio <br />Grande County. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following additional <br />information must be received before the Division can consider your application complete and technical <br />review can begin. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of September 5, 2025. <br /> <br />The incorrect Form and Exhibits were submitted with the application. Please submit the correct 112c Form <br />and Exhibits. <br /> <br />You have sixty (60) days from September 5, 2025 to submit all necessary documents that the Division needs <br />for the application to be considered filed.
