The application was deemed complete on September <br />4, 2025. <br /> <br />Minor Revision No. 138 proposes updates topsoil movement at the request of the surface landowner. <br />The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved <br />for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Montrose County Courthouse, 300 Main Street, Nucla, CO 81424 and at <br />the Division’s Denver office.
