All Russian Olive and Tamarisk trees in the permit area have been cut and removed.The slash has been <br /> disposed of in the Pueblo County Landfill the stumps have been painted with 240d herbicide and <br /> Milestone herbicide to ensure they will not regrow. <br /> 2. All documents and payment for the Succession of Operator are being submitted. <br /> 3. The derelict dump truck has been removed and delivered to Rosie's Car Crushers for salvage offsite.. <br /> 4.
