equitable relief. but not punitive damages. The prevailing party in any arbitration <br /> shall be entitled to recover,in addition to any other relief awarded by the arbitrator. <br /> its reasonable costs and expenses, including attorneys' fccs, of preparing for and <br /> participating in the arbitration. If each party prevails on specific issues in the <br /> arbitration, the arbitrator shall allocate the costs incurred by all parties on a basis <br /> the arbitrator deems appropriate. <br /> f.
