Everist, Incorporated <br /> Surety Reduction Request (SR-2) <br /> <br /> <br />Please be advised that on August 26, 2025, L. G. Everist, Incorporated, whose address and telephone <br />number are 7321 E 88th Avenue, Suite 200, Henderson, CO 80640; (303) 286-2247, filed an application for <br />a Surety Reduction Request (SR- 2) to M2001017, Carbon Valley Resource, which is located approximately <br />0.5 mile north of Firestone, Section 6, Township 2N, Range 67W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County. <br /> <br />Surety Reduction for completion of grading, topsoiling and seeding. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Nikie Gagnon at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 527-1640. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period following a decision <br />on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
