<br /> <br /> <br />The Division requests a determination from the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and <br />Enforcement (OSMRE), to ascertain if this application as submitted constitutes a Mining Plan <br />Action. If OSMRE determines that this revision constitutes a Mine Plan Action please notify DRMS <br />within 30 days of this letter. If the proposal is significantly changed during our review process, we <br />will consult with you on whether a Mining Plan Action should be initiated and direct the applicant <br />to send the revision application materials to your office for review as necessary.
