As a result of the inspection <br />the Division cited a problem, see below, that had a corrective action due date of June 20, 2024. To date <br />documentation that the problem has been resolved remains outstanding. Please resolve the corrective <br />action and provide evidence of such resolution on or before September 10, 2025. <br /> <br />Please note that if the corrective action is not properly addressed, and evidence provided to the Division by <br />the date provided above, the listed problem could be escalated to the level of possible violation and <br />referred to the Mined Land Reclamation Board for further action. <br /> <br />INSPECTION TOPIC: Gen. Compliance With Mine Plan <br /> <br />PROBLEM: The current mine and reclamation plans and maps need to be updated and clarified <br />pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32.5-112. The Operator must provide sufficient information to describe or identify <br />how the Operator intends to conduct the operation. <br /> <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: The Operator shall submit a Technical Revision, with the required $216 <br />revision fee, to update and clarify the current approved mine plan to reflect existing and proposed <br />activities by the corrective action date. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION DUE DATE: 5/20/24 <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please contact me by email at amber.gibson@state.co.us. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />
