Adams County Pkwy. <br />5th Floor, Suite C5000A <br />Brighton, CO 80601-5024 <br /> <br />FROM: Nikie Gagnon <br /> <br />RE: Brighton Mine - File No. M-1977-436, Holcim - WCR, Inc. <br /> Acreage Release Request (AR-2) Release of access road and stockpile 7 ac. <br /> <br />Please be advised that on August 19, 2025, Holcim - WCR, Inc., whose address and telephone number are <br />1687 Cole Blvd., Suite 300, Golden, CO 80401; (303) 985-1070, filed an application for an Acreage <br />Release Request (AR- 2) to M1977436, Brighton Mine, which is located approximately 2 miles south of <br />Brighton, Section 23, Township 1S, Range 67W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Adams County. <br /> <br />Release of 7.0 acres of access road and vegetated stockpile owned by City of Thornton. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Nikie Gagnon at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 527-1640. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period following a decision <br />on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
