The permit was <br />issued to Seneca Property LLC, 29515 Routt County Road No. 27, Oak Creek, CO 80467, (970) 870- <br />2718, for their mining operation located in Routt County, approximately 7 miles Southwest of <br />Hayden, Colorado.
