There are no expected incidental products that will be <br /> extracted. <br /> 4.8 Refuse and Acid Forming or Toxic Producing Materials <br /> There is no refuse and acid-forming or toxic producing materials expected to be extracted. <br /> 4.9 Use of Explosives <br /> There is no expectation that explosives will be used in conjunction with mining or <br /> reclamation operations. <br /> 4.10 Access Roads <br /> Current roads at the landfill will be used to access the mining site.A dirt road will be constructed <br /> for mining and hauling equipment.The beginning of the road will exit the landfill at the designated <br /> mining entrance. It will generally head southeast from there into mining areas. It will be <br /> lengthened over time as mining operations progress northeast. The constructed road will be about <br /> 20 feet in width.
