It is
designed to provide a covered workspace for the maintenance and servicing of bulldozers and other heavy
equipment. The structure rests on a foundation of compacted crushed rock with approximately 100 precast
concrete blocks supporting the base. The structure is composed of a steel frame covered with a tensioned fabric
roof, offering weather protection while allowing for efficient ventilation and natural light.

This facility is intended to remain in place during operations and will be included in the site's reclamation
planning as either a removable asset or a temporary structure, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Breaker Building Shed

The Breaker Building Shed is a 200-square-foot prefabricated structure installed adjacent to the access door of
the Breaker Building MCC (Motor Control Center) room. Constructed on skids for mobility, the shed features
a single-slope roof design with a peak height of 10 feet 10 inches. This facility will serve dual functions: as a
surface-level lunch and meeting space for site personnel, and as the operational control center for surface
activities.
