<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of 110d Hard Rock Reclamation Permit Application <br /> <br />DATE: August 6, 2025 <br /> <br />TO: Cindy Lair <br />State Conservation Board <br />Colorado Dept. of Agriculture <br />305 Interlocken Pkwy. <br />Broomfield, CO 80021 <br /> <br />RE: Ajax 1, File No. M-2025-022 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on August 4, 2025, Boss Project Management Services LLC, whose address and telephone <br />number are 147 Abierto Cove, Blanco, TX 78606; (512) 663-6384, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface <br />mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 6, Township 002S, Range 0730W, 06th Principle Meridian, in <br />Gilpin County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. <br />Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) Forestry post-mining land use.
