<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of 110c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application <br /> <br />DATE: July 30, 2025 <br /> <br />TO: Colorado Parks and Wildlife, Southwest Region <br />Program Assistant <br />415 Turner Drive <br />Durango, CO 81303 <br /> <br />RE: Granger Pit, File No. M-2025-034 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on July 30, 2025, Thomas Wade O’Rourke, whose address and telephone number are 267 <br />County Road 18, Del Norte , CO 81132; (719) 580-1160, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and <br />reclamation operation, at or near Section 27, Township 40N, Range 4.0E, 10th Principle Meridian, in Rio Grande <br />County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. <br />Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) Pastureland post-mining land use.
