Highbury Resources received county approval for last year's exploratory drilling <br /> project under San Miguel County Resolution 2024-19.The possibility of monitoring well installation was <br /> presented as part of our 2024 application. <br /> We are now filing an update with DRMS and BLM to allow for construction of up to 3 groundwater <br /> monitor wells and to establish a sampling and analysis plan for the project.Attached is a copy of the <br /> DRMS/BLM NOI update form for additional information related to this proposal. Non-Confidential <br /> information regarding the proposed activities will be available for review at the DRMS website. <br /> We would like to know what steps will be required to update our special use permit with San Miguel <br /> County.
