Girardi <br /> <br />RE: Tierra Piedra Gravel Pit - File No. M-2009-081, Tierra Piedra Ranch LLC <br /> Amendment (AM-1) <br /> Increase acreage to 9.99 acres <br /> <br />Please be advised that on July 21, 2025, Tierra Piedra Ranch LLC , whose address and telephone number <br />are 6410 N Santa Fe, Suite B, Oklahoma City, OK 73116; (405) 840-9196, filed an application for a/an <br />Amendment (AM- 1) to M2009081, Tierra Piedra Gravel Pit, which is located approximately 5.8 miles <br />North of Arboles, Section 16, Township 33N, Range 5W, 10th Principle Meridian, in Archuleta County. <br /> <br />The Operator is requesting to increase the permit acreage from 6.40 to 9.99 acres and make improvements <br />to meet current DRMS floodplain and riverbank protection standards. <br /> <br />A decision date has been set for August 20, 2025.Written comments or objections to the application may be <br />submitted to and additional information obtained from Chris M. Girardi at the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 793-3041. <br /> <br />Tierra Piedra Ranch LLC is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />locality of the mining operation. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or the <br />reclamation plan, they must be submitted within ten (10) days of the newspaper public notice to be <br />considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the <br />newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your comments or any objection by the end of the public <br />comment period, the Division will assume you have no objection or comment to the proposed activity. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
