<br /> <br />July 15, 2025 <br /> <br />Eric Frei <br />Flag Resources Inc <br />1412 CR 311 <br />New Castle, CO 81647 <br /> <br />RE: Silt Pit - File No. M-1981-202-SG, <br /> Acreage Release Request (AR-1) <br /> Request for Acreage Reduction <br /> <br />Dear Eric Frei: <br /> <br />On July 7, 2025, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 112c Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Acreage Release Request application for the Silt Pit, which is located in <br />Garfield County. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following additional <br />information must be received before the Division can consider your application complete and technical <br />review can begin. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of July 15, 2025. <br /> <br />Incorrect acreage entered on form. <br /> <br />You have thirty (30) days from July 15, 2025 to submit all necessary documents that the Division needs for <br />the application to be considered filed.
