The application was deemed complete on July 15, 2025. <br /> <br />GCC Energy is proposing a Minor Revision to update the King Mine’s Permit with information <br />addressing adequacy questions identified during the Division’s Midterm Review No. 9. The applicant <br />is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for <br />disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder, 98 Everett St., Suite C, Durango, <br />CO 81303 and at the Division’s Denver office.
