A copy is also enclosed, as is a copy of the letter of Authorization which designates me as the authorized representative of Thomas Wade O'Rourke (Wade), in accordance with page 7 of the Application form (page 9 of the complete application package).This letter of authorization is also provided in Page 33 of the application package. The notice has been posted and delivered to the Rio Grande BOCC and Rio Grande Consdervation District: their receipts are provided on page 47A (last page of the application package).A copy of the receipt and picture of the complete package placed in the Rio Grande County Clerk and Recorder's Office is also on that page.The County BOCC has previously approved the mining operation. The check for$1258.00 has been mailed directly from Del Norte, also to your attention. As needed,we will provide you with a copy of that check and letter.
