Box 1886 <br />Woodland Park, CO 80866 <br /> <br />FROM: Elliott R. Russell <br /> <br />RE: 9 to 5 - File No. M-2022-029, Randall K. Kokkinen <br /> Surety Reduction Request (SR-1) <br /> Request for Surety Reduction <br /> <br />Please be advised that on July 8, 2025, Randall K. Kokkinen, whose address and telephone number are 6751 <br />Golden Sill Court, Castle Pines, CO 80108; (720) 318-8053, filed an application for a/an Surety Reduction <br />Request (SR- 1) to M2022029, 9 to 5, which is located approximately 7 miles Northeast of Lake George, <br />Section 2, Township 12S, Range 71W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Teller County. <br /> <br />The Operator has requested a reduction in the bond amount held to only those reclamation activities that <br />remain as mining has been completed. Operator states 0.04 acres were disturbed, which have been inspected <br />by the US Forest Service, and would need re-seeding. The Operator estimates the remaining cost at $400. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Elliott R. Russell at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) 903-4456. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period following a decision <br />on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
