<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />July 8, 2025 <br /> <br /> <br />Tyson Geist <br />SEMA Construction, Inc. <br />7353 S Eagle St <br />Centennial, CO 80112 <br /> <br /> <br />Re: Diehl Borrow Pit - File No. M-2018-054 <br /> SEMA Construction, Inc. <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-1) <br /> Full/Final Release Request <br /> <br />Dear Tyson Geist: <br /> <br />On July 8, 2025 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the Surety <br />Release Request application submitted to the Division on May 13, 2025, addressing the following: <br /> <br />Requesting a Full/Final Release of the permit; 26.95 acres. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: Approve. <br /> <br />I am pleased to inform you that the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety has determined that <br />SEMA Construction, Inc. is eligible for release from further responsibility for the Diehl Borrow Pit. <br />In accordance with Rule 4.17.2(5), the Division is required to wait thirty (30) days from this notice to <br />allow for appeal of the Division’s decision.
