Sedgwick County Road and Bridge Soil Borrow Area to Gravel Pit Conversion Page 1 <br /> 110(c) Operation Reclamation Permit July 3, 2025 <br /> 1.0 EXHIBIT A- Legal Description <br /> The subject property (formerly known as the Sedwick County Soil Borrow Area) is located <br /> approximately one mile southwest of Julesburg, Colorado. The site entrance is located at (lat. <br /> 40.95967, long. -102.26242). A site map, including property boundaries based on the legal <br /> description provided to AEC by SCRB, as detailed below, is provided on Figure 1: <br /> A Tract of land partially in the N 1t2S W 1/4 &partially in the S W I/4SW 1/4,all in <br /> Section 4, Twp. 11 N., Range 44 W. of the 6th P.M., Sedgwick Co., Colo_; more <br /> particularly described as follows to-wit: ' <br /> Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of said Sec. 4; Thence E. on and along <br /> the N. line of the SWI/4 of said Sec. 4, a distance of 1,8 l l.0' to the true point of <br /> beginning, said point being on the Southeasterly Right-of-Way line of a County <br /> Road recently improved; Thence continue S. 89°50'30" E. a distance of826.8' to <br /> the center of Sec. 4-11-44.
