Zuber, P.E. <br /> <br />RE: North Fork Pit - File No. M-2004-025, Farnsworth Construction and Gravel Company <br /> Acreage Release Request (AR-1) <br /> Acreage Reduction Request <br /> <br />Please be advised that on July 3, 2025, Farnsworth Construction and Gravel Company, whose address and <br />telephone number are 175 Hwy 133, Paonia, CO 81428; (970) 527-4434, filed an application for a/an <br />Acreage Release Request (AR- 1) to M2004025, North Fork Pit, which is located approximately 1 miles <br />West of Paonia, Section 1, Township 14S, Range 92W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Delta County. <br /> <br />AR-01 is a request to release 1.52 acres of undisturbed land from the permit area. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Robert D. Zuber, P.E. at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 601-2276. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
