July 1, 2025 <br />Kevin Peart <br />Holcim - WCR, Inc. <br />1687 Cole Blvd., Suite 300 <br />Golden, CO 80401 <br />Re: Dahlia North Resources Pit - File No. M-1994-093, Holcim - WCR, Inc. <br />Surety Release Request (SL-2), Full/Final Release Request <br />Dear Kevin Peart: <br />On July 1, 2025 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the Surety <br />Release Request application submitted to the Division on May 6, 2025, addressing the following: <br />Full Release of Dahlia Resources North Pit <br />The decision reached by the Division is: Approve. <br />I am pleased to inform you that the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety has determined that <br />Holcim - WCR, Inc. is eligible for release from further responsibility for the Dahlia North Resources <br />Pit. In accordance with Rule 4.17.2(5), the Division is required to wait thirty (30) days from this <br />notice to allow for appeal of the Division’s decision.
