All review and comment periods as provided in <br />the Colorado Surface Mining Reclamation Act and the Rules initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br />Seneca Property LLC proposes to continue surface coal mining and/or reclamation operations on <br />land located approximately 9 miles South of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is further described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />T5N, R88W; All of Section 15; Portions of Sections 9, 10, 11, 14, 16, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 34, and 35 <br /> T6N, R88W; Portions of Sections 14, 23 and 24 <br /> T6N, R87W; Portions of Sections 17, 18, 19. <br /> <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />map(s): Hayden Gulch. <br /> <br />Permit Renewal 5 year term. This renewal application does not propose revisions to the approved <br />mining and reclamation plan, nor is there any proposed surface disturbance outside of the currently <br />approved disturbance area. <br /> <br />A copy of the renewal application is available for public inspection at the Hayden Public Library, <br />201 E. Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, CO 81639.
