<br /> <br /> <br />Because the above referenced technical revision application may incorporate additional lands into <br />the permit area or might otherwise alter previously approved permit conditions or mitigation <br />measures, the Division requests to coordinate with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to evaluate <br />the potential for impacts to listed or proposed threatened or endangered species of plants or <br />animals, wildlife species otherwise protected by federal law, and/or proposed or designated critical <br />habitats. A copy of the permit section addressing potential effects of the operation to threatened <br />and endangered species and any revision thereof can be viewed on the Division’s website (see <br />below for instructions). This coordination is required to ensure mitigation of potential impacts to <br />federally protected wildlife species. <br /> <br />The applicant is required to publish notice in the Delta County Independent that this application <br />has been deemed complete. At the time of publication of this notice, the applicant is additionally <br />required to place a copy of this application at the Delta County Clerk and Recorder, 501 Palmer <br />Street, Room 211, Delta, CO 81416; Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, <br />Gunnison, CO 81230.
