<br /> <br />June 10, 2025 <br /> <br />Jason Burkey <br />Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies of Mesa County <br />2273 River Road <br />Grand Junction, CO 81502 <br /> <br />RE: Blair Mesa Pit - File No. M-1996-082, <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-1) <br /> Request for Full/Final Release <br /> <br />Dear Jason Burkey: <br /> <br />On June 9, 2025, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 112c Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Surety Release Request application for the Blair Mesa Pit, which is located <br />in Rio Blanco County. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following <br />additional information must be received before the Division can consider your application complete and <br />technical review can begin. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of June 10, <br />2025. <br /> <br />Per Rule 4.17.1 (2) –Phone numbers for all owners of record of the affected land. Names and addresses have <br />been provided in the initial request. <br /> <br />You have thirty (30) days from June 10, 2025 to submit all necessary documents that the Division needs for <br />the application to be considered filed.
