Minor amounts of water are
present in the lower cell of the system and the upper cells are not in use (Photo 5). The pad where the pump is
located is in good condition with no signs of instability.
Hydrocarbons for use underground are stored near B-Vent Shaft #2. Hydrocarbons are stored in secondary
containment and no evidence of leaks or spills were noted during the inspection (Photo 6). The pad that the
hydrocarbons are located on is stable and shows no signs of erosion.

ROADS – Rule 4.03
Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3), Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and
(6)/4.03.2(5) and (6), Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7):
The Haul Road was clear and well maintained.
