We understand that all assets and legal entities operating in the U.S. and Canada will be <br /> rebranded as"Amrize." <br /> Our records indicate that thirty(30) active permits are currently issued to Holcim: four under "Holcim (US) <br /> Inc."and twenty-six under"Holcim WCR, Inc."To facilitate this company name change and rebranding,these <br /> permits will require transfer to the new company name. <br /> For each site, please submit a complete"Request for Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession of Operator <br /> Application Packet." This form is available on our website: https://drms.colorado.gov/forms/minerals- <br /> program-forms, under the "Succession of Operator/Permittee Forms" dropdown menu, listed as "Existing <br /> Permit—Mineral Permit/Succession of Operators." <br /> Each application must include the following: <br /> • A fully executed application form <br /> • Applicable fee <br /> • Performance warranty <br /> • Financial warranty <br /> • Demonstration of legal right-to-enter each site <br /> • New structure agreements(if applicable) <br /> Should you have any questions about the permit transfer process, please feel free to reach out to me directly <br /> at(720)413-6466 or Jared.Ebert@state.co.us.
