The property is bounded by dry <br /> rangeland in all directions and Colorado State Highway 141 to the West. The Dolores River runs <br /> parallel and just west of Colorado State Highway 141. The site is accessed from Highway 141 as <br /> shown in Exhibit E-1. Total permit area is 4.82 acres. <br /> 1.
