Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following <br />additional information must be received before the Division can consider your application complete and <br />technical review can begin. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of May 27, <br />2025. <br /> <br />Per Rule 4.17.1 (2) –Phone numbers for all owners of record of the affected land. <br />• Parcel # 191909100010 owned by Shane Collett, information provided <br />• Parcel # 191909100011 owned by Ethan & Tia Legits, Permit also includes this parcel and information <br />is required <br /> <br />You have thirty (30) days from May 27, 2025 to submit all necessary documents that the Division needs for <br />the application to be considered filed.
