5. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, <br /> trenches,waste piles,drill pads and collar areas of underground workings,ponds, etc. <br /> The operator will conduct mineral exploration drilling utilizing a skid-mounted diamond core drill <br /> rig. Only one (1)drill rig will operate at a time under this Notice. All drill pads will be constructed <br /> at the minimal size possible to accommodate the drill equipment and provide a safe working <br /> environment. Drill pads will not exceed 30 feet x 70 feet. A sump will be constructed at each of <br /> during drilling. The sump will be constructed at the minimal size possible to accommodate any/ <br /> all drilling water but will not exceed 10 feet x 20 feet x 6.75 feet (50 cubit;yards). The drill sump <br /> will be lined with plastic to accommodate the recycling of drill water.[Sumps will be fenced utilizing <br /> orange safety fencing to ensure the security of humans and wildlife. <br /> 6.
