Box 68 <br />Empire, CO 80438 <br /> <br /> <br />Re: Climax Molybdenum Company, Henderson Mine - File No. M-1977-342 <br /> Technical Revision (TR-38), TSF Life of Mine Plan Update <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Hamarat: <br /> <br />On May 15, 2025 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on January 24, 2025, addressing the <br />following: <br /> <br />Modifications to Henderson’s Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) infrastructure to support Henderson’s <br />Life of Mine plan. This revision will help ensure existing and future engineering and design elements <br />are consistent with the final TSF design, reclamation, and closure plans. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 38 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-1977-342.
