Quist <br /> Acreage Release Request (AR-1) <br /> Request for Acreage Reduction <br /> <br />Please be advised that on May 15, 2025, George L. Quist, whose address and telephone number are 1849 <br />Trail Creek Rd, Lake George, CO 80827; (719) 337-2067, filed an application for a/an Acreage Release <br />Request (AR- 1) to M2023002, Quist Mining, which is located approximately 6 miles Northeast of Lake <br />George, Section 11, Township 12S, Range 71W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Teller County. <br /> <br />Permittee wishes to release 3 acres of undisturbed lands to allow for an expansion of 3 acres on nearby lands <br />through Amendment AM1. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Elliott R. Russell at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) 903-4456. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
