Rasmuson: <br /> <br />On April 28, 2025, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 112c Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Acreage Release Request application for the Korwell Dirt, which is located <br />in Weld County. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following additional <br />information must be received before the Division can consider your application complete and technical <br />review can begin. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of May 6, 2025. <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to Rule 4.17.1(2), please provide the name, address, and phone number of all owners of record of <br />the affected land. <br /> <br /> <br />You have thirty (30) days from May 6, 2025 to submit all necessary documents that the Division needs for <br />the application to be considered filed.
